Rafael Lozano-Hemmer presents Unfinished Garden, an exhibition featuring nine large-scale interactive installations at the Museo de Arte Moderno in Mexico. Designed to be experienced at night, the show responds in real time to the audience’s heat, voice, pulse, and movements

Eva Lootz opens the exhibition project Lo tengo en la punta de la lengua at the Casal Solleric, curated by Piedad Solans and Fernando Gómez de la Cuesta.

Inma Femenía receives the Ciutat de Palma Prize for Visual Arts. The award was given for her work Free Fall CII, presented at Casal Solleric (Palma), where it was part of a collective exhibition alongside other selected pieces from this edition. The work reflects on the decomposition of image, light, color, and gravity from the intersection between materiality and technology.

Tiffany Chung: indelible traces is the first comprehensive museum survey of Vietnamese American artist, Tiffany Chung (born 1969; MFA, UCSB ’00). Including more than 70 artworks that highlight Chung’s expansive 25-year career, these works pointedly reveal histories that have too often been overlooked or intentionally ignored. She excavates the complex and often hidden entanglements—of history, politics, geography, economy, and climate—that accrue and shape landscapes, built environments, conflicts, and human migration.

Art Basel and OpenSea commissioned Ana María Caballero to create In Record Time to commemorate the launch of Zero 10, the fair’s new digital sector. At the core of the collection is Training Data, a poem in which Caballero situates a historic moment within her own story.

La Ribot arrives at GAM for the first time with “Materia en fuga”, a free exhibition open until November 29 that brings together three decades of transdisciplinary experimentation. Curated by José Antonio Sánchez, the show includes emblematic works such as “Socorro! Gloria!”, “Another pa amb tomaquet”, and “EEEXEEECUUUUTIOOOOONS!!!” Through videos, installations, and performance documentation, it offers a journey through the body, memory, and matter as territories of creation, desire, and reflection.
